Deluxe was created for people who want to experience the feeling of a high-quality hotel sleep in their own bedroom every night. It combines handcrafted workmanship, natural materials, and a well-thought-out design that delivers exceptional comfort, natural body support, and relaxation after a long day.

Is it possible to change the hardness even after purchase?
Yes. The firmness of the mattress can be adjusted even after purchase. In many cases, we can change the overall sleeping experience by selecting the right topper. If a more significant adjustment is needed, as part of our customer care, we also offer a service to adjust the mattress firmness by replacing the spring system inside the mattress. We will always recommend the solution that best suits your needs.
Is it possible to restore the topper?
Yes. As part of our after-sales service, we also offer topper restoration. Natural materials naturally conform to the human body over time. Therefore, after several years of use, the topper can be professionally restored by adding horsehair or replacing selected materials. If necessary, the topper can also be replaced with a new one after years of use. This allows the bed to retain its comfort, and you won’t have to replace the entire sleep system.
Can a mattress become worn out from prolonged use?
Not under normal use. BERNUSS mattresses are designed for long-term use and feature high-quality Swedish pocket springs, which are covered by a warranty of up to 20 years. However, as with any high-quality product, we recommend having the mattress professionally inspected after approximately 5 to 7 years. As part of our care service, we can air out the mattress, restore individual layers, or perform any necessary maintenance to ensure it retains its comfort for as long as possible.
We always assess the possibility of restoration on a case-by-case basis. If you’re interested, one of our experts will visit you at home to inspect the condition of your mattress and recommend the most suitable solution.
Is it possible to order a non-standard size?
Yes. Every BERNUSS bed is handmade and custom-made, so we can also produce beds in non-standard sizes. We’d be happy to create a solution tailored to your requirements, space, and personal preferences.
What is the difference between Deluxe and Classic?
