How it works: We will tailor the delivery date to fit your schedule perfectly. We will deliver the bed at the agreed-upon time, and our technicians will handle it with the utmost care and ensure its complete, professional installation. Once the work is complete, we won’t leave any packaging materials or mess behind.
Disassembly and eco-friendly disposal of the original bed
How it works: If you need to make room for a new bed, our technicians will disassemble your old one right on the spot. We’ll then take it away and ensure it’s disposed of in an environmentally friendly way, so you don’t have to worry about moving services or waste removal.
Professional relocation and reinstallation
How it works: The luxurious BERNUSS bed is an investment for a lifetime. If you move to a new house or apartment in the future, we do not recommend entrusting the handling of the bed to a standard moving service, which could damage the delicate natural layers or the frame. Our specialists will come to your home, professionally disassemble the bed, safely transport it to your new address, and reassemble it.
ADAPTATION AND TESTING
Switching to a new bed made from high-quality natural materials is a change for the body. The spine regenerates, muscle tension eases, and the body may react differently during the first few weeks. We are ready to fine-tune your sleep to absolute perfection.
Fine-tuning comfort after the first month of use
Why is this important: Your first impression in the showroom may differ from how it actually feels after a few weeks of use at home. If, during the first 30 to 60 days, you find that a slightly firmer or softer surface would suit you better, our technicians will come to your home and gently adjust the firmness of the layers. This way, your body will get exactly the support it needs.

The Rebalance service restores the mattress’s ability to perfectly adapt to your current self.

Our technicians will inspect the mattress, assess the condition of the natural layers, and flip it properly to ensure even wear.
Fine-tuning the structure and customizing zones
If your body has changed since you bought it, we can rearrange the interior of the mattress (the layout of the natural layers and zones) to adapt it to your new weight or your spine’s current needs. You don’t have to buy a new mattress—we’ll simply rebalance it.
REGENERATION AND HYGIENIC RESTORATION
Investing in a BERNUSS bed is a wise choice that will last for decades. Unlike bonded synthetic mattresses, which wear out over time and must be thrown away, the open architecture of BERNUSS allows for complete servicing, rejuvenation, and deep cleaning of all layers.

Deep natural cleaning and steam cleaning
Eco-friendly, deep cleaning of mattresses, upholstery, and beds to remove dust and microscopic particles without the use of harsh chemicals.
Topper Restoration
The top topper bears the brunt of the weight. We can fully open it up, refill it with natural materials (wool, cotton, silk), and restore it to the fluffiness it had on the very first night.
Mattress Refresh (Recommended after 6–7 years)
A unique process in which we completely restore the mattress. We open it up, check the condition of the pocket springs, and completely renew the layers of horsehair or wool. The mattress leaves our service center in like-new condition.
